Mr. P. Navendren

Pathanchaly Navendren ACMA, CGMA, MEET, MCMA

Mr Navendren was born and brought up in Inuvil, Jaffna. Navendren completed his primary school education in Inuvil and went to Jaffna Hindu College for his Secondary Education.

He has been an active member of Jaffna Hindu College Old Boys’ Association UK and held many key posts within the committee
Mr Navendren is one of the co-founder and a permanent Trustee of the Oriental Fine Arts Academy of London (OFAAL). He held many positions within OFAAL, and currently serves as the Hon. Secretary.

He was also was heavily involved in running a Tamil community school. He served as the Hon. Chairman and Director of Education of that Tamil School.

Mr Navendren has been heavily involved with extensive charity work from a young age, helping the needy people and to keep the Carnatic Art alive and promote the younger generation.

Mr Navendren is an Accountant by profession, he runs his own Accounting practising firm. Currently he serves as an active committee member of the CIMA’s West London Branch.

Prior to establish his own Accounting practice, he served many larger organisation, including some blue-chip companies. His longest service was with D-Link (Europe) Ltd, which was a part of global company owned by a Taiwanese Holding Company. At D-Link, he was the UK Finance, Administration and Personnel Manager. While he was working for D-Link (Europe) Ltd, in year 2000, he was awarded as the best “Global Finance Controller of the year” among the all D-Link subsidiaries in the world.
